I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel, and right from check-in to check-out, everything was fantastic! I was given a room on the Club floor, and it was a LARGE room with a plush king size bed, a huge bathroom with all amenities, a work desk with a super comfortable ergonomic chair, and a couch and ottoman to put my feet up at the end of the day. Club floor privileges include a dedicated lounge and breakfast area, which is also used for happy hour, and as a space to chill, and I took full advantage during my short stay. The lunch in Seasonal Tastes was particularly enjoyable with an extensive selection of tasty items. A special word of appreciation for the service; every single staff member was eager, professional and prompt to help with any request. This applies across the board to the front-desk staff, the f&b manager, chefs and staff, and the housekeeping personnel...every touchpoint left me with customer delight. I don't usually give 5-star reviews unless the hotel location, decor, amenities, service are all of a very high standard...nearly flawless, and the Westin Gurugram certainly deserves it! Having stayed at many Westin properties across the world, this goes to the top of my list.

Nice, descent hotel. Arrived early at the hotel and was given a room. The breakfast at seasonal taste, was great and excellent spread. Good selection and variety of food. Excellent service from Sailesh, who was taking care to make sure service was good. The SPA, sauna and fitness centre was equally good. They could have done better at the executive lounge. The food and beverage selections were very limited and pathetic. Not a place I was looking forward to going in the evening to unwind after a long day. Consierge services were great. Very clear information and detailed information by the team. The only disappointment was at check-out. An individual - M/s N___ was behind the reception, just ignored me stood there, when I told her there, to check-out. Eventually she moved away and asked her colleague to attend to. Very rude individual. Other than that everything was great at the hotel.

This review is for the buffet at Westin Hotel in Gurgaon. I first enjoyed their lunch buffet two years ago. It was such an exceptional experience. The variety of dishes, the taste, presentation. None of the food was overly oily or heavy. There were several exotic/creative/fusion dishes as well. The dessert spread was amazing. Numerous eggless baked options to choose from. The white fruit cake was the star of the show. Service by the waiters and servers was excellent too. Since then I've been craving to go back to Gurgaon just to eat at Westin again (I live in the US). This time, I ensured that my outgoing flight was from Delhi and I had my dinner at Westin before departure. The dinner buffet was exactly how I had experienced it two years ago. It ticked all the boxes for me, including the white fruit cake which was the same - light, high quality and delicious. I wish I went there with a bigger appetite! I went there with my parents, but my parents did not eat at the buffet. They ordered a al carte. The staff was happy to accommodate that. They even kept on bringing complimentary food items for my parents. That was so kind of them. Our waiter, Sonu was very attentive. In the end I told him that my daughter (who was not traveling with me) loves dal makhani and garlic naan. He right away got it packed for me to carry to the US! When my daughter ate the dal makhani and naan, she was so ecstatic! She said this was the best meal of her life. She was so content, it reflected on her face :D. She kept on remembering the food the next day and wished there was more! Thank you Westin, our server Sonu and the chefs for giving us such a good gastronomical experience across the border!
